Module Code 單元編號 PSY3080 Module Title 單元名稱 UNDERSTANDING LEARNING IN PVE CONTEXTS Module Synopsis 單元概要 This course aims at introducing theories/principles of learning that have been studied and researched in the field of the psychology of teaching and learning to students engaging in various educational settings ranging from Applied Learning (ApL) to Vocational and Professional Education and Training (VPET). The course will provide students with readings, lectures, and discussions on the various perspectives regarding teaching and learning with a focus on applications in vocational and professional education, as well as opportunities for discussing individual differences and developmental issues, and sharing of personal expertise. Students are required to review specific topics relevant to their field of teaching and devise a unique approach based on the theories and research in the field to be applied in their specific work setting toward enhancement of teaching and learning outcomes.
