Module Code 單元編號 EDA6120 Module Title 單元名稱 PLANNING FOR AN EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING PROJECT: APPROACHES AND METHODS 規劃體驗式學習項目：取向及方法 Module Synopsis 單元概要 This course offers an opportunity for participants to consolidate learning from the programme and construct new knowledge and skills through an independent inquiry intended to bring improvement or change in practice at the personal or organisational level. The nature of planning a project is comparable to experiential learning, involving cycles of planning, action, review and reflection, as well as drawing learning from experience. The course focuses on the development of a plan for conducting a project related to experiential learning. In the course, the basics for doing experiential learning projects are introduced. Participants are expected to demonstrate elements of creativity or innovation within the realm of experiential learning. The choice of project focus is subject to negotiation with the course instructor who also supports and guides participants to develop their project plan for implementation.
