Ongoing professional learning is essential for principals, who need to continually update their capabilities as educators, administrators and leaders. This Programme is designed for school principals who want to make a real difference in their schools through the processes of SSE and the ESR. This Programme will critically explore current key issues related to the processes of SSE and the ESR, examine the contextual factors that shape principals’ working lives, and provide principals with up-to-date knowledge, theories and strategies to develop and improve their school plans. The ultimate goal is to enhance the participants’ capacity to embed SSE in their routine work and leverage the ESR to feed school learning processes and to develop a culture of reflective practice within their schools.
