Emerging issues in school leadership, teaching and learning, in the new era and how these issues are transferred and sustained in schools will be critically examined and reflected. Research related to teacher capacity building for school improvement and pedagogical practices conducive to students’ effective learning in the classroom will also be introduced and discussed.
