It will develop students’ data analytical and problem-solving skills through formulating KM strategies and implementing KM plans to generate solutions for solving real workplace problems. Students’ practical skills for organisation management will be developed through using KM tools to leverage and capitalise knowledge for achieving organisational effectiveness.
