Module Code 單元編號 ECSMP0073 Module Title 單元名稱 MENTORING IN EARLY CHILDHOOD SETTINGS 幼兒教育機構的顧問教師 Module Synopsis 單元概要 This course consists of three components, namely, workshops, sharing/discussion sessions and field work providing mentoring experience with new entrants to the profession, be they student teachers, newly qualified teachers or new teachers. It provides opportunities for students to improve their mentoring practice and demonstrate that they have the knowledge, skills, attitude and competencies of mentors. Workshops are organised to enable students to grasp the knowledge and develop skills for effective mentoring. Sharing sessions are arranged to facilitate students’ sharing of experience and reflection on the mentoring experience.
