The course also explores different factors that afford opportunities for and place constraints on school-family-community partnerships as well as different strategies that can be employed to promote the partnerships during the early years. In particular, students will learn effective communication skills and examine practical issues such as program development, implementation, and evaluation. The Kindergarten Education Curriculum Guide prepared by the Education Bureau will also be introduced in this course.
