Module Synopsis
單元概要
Today, many children admitted to early years education are born in low-income, single-parent, unstable social conditions and/or non-mainstream families. School leaders are entrusted with the task of providing a quality and equal learning environment for all young children. This course aims to enhance the capabilities of school leaders to be effective in fulfilling their multiple responsibilities in this increasingly diverse landscape, culturally, ethnically, linguistically, and economically. Participants will be required to adapt different leadership approaches to manage diversity within their unique educational contexts. They will acquire the intercultural leadership competence to harness staff motivation to collaborate with diverse families and organizations to provide a responsive and effective education service for all.
