It aims to familiarize the learners with key theories and issues of leadership and management and to facilitate the learners to adopt and evaluate effective practices of leadership and management in various ECE settings (creche, childcare centre and kindergarten) in Hong Kong. The course examines theories and issues of educational leadership and management, and the impact of leadership and management in educational reform in the global and local contexts.
