Emphasis is given to the ways of organizing a caring, safe and secure environment for children aged 0-6. Students will be involved in planning daily routines and provided with an overview of methods used to assess and monitor the hygiene and safety conditions of early childhood settings. Students also learn how to create a well-planned and balanced menu to meet the needs of children.
