Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh and the Plum Village community recognize the importance of creating sustainable and lasting programs in schools that support the happiness and well-being of teachers, administrators, students, and parents.
 
Our focus is on your personal well-being and happiness. In our extensive work with educators around the world, we have seen that when the teacher is personally supported by mindfulness practice, it is naturally transmitted in the classroom.
 
Target: We welcome all education professionals & students, regardless of your religious background and belief
Date:  Every 4th Saturday of the month (please check our website for updates)
Time:  0930 to 1630
Fee:  Free of charge

 

Programme on Sharing Christian Spirit of Sheng Kung Hui Primary Schools from Alumni’s Life Growth and Experience  

Development of S.K.H. life stories in the form of school-based Life and Values Education curriculum from five seed schools, and subsequently extending to all S.K.H. affiliated primary schools. The project also endeavours to nurture students with the teachings of S.K.H.’s motto – “Not to be served, but to serve”.

Hong Kong Buddhist Temple Investigation Project

The implementation of Buddhistic moral and values education aims at injecting the Buddhist teachings into life education modules. It also serves as a juncture to the initiation of the Hong Kong Buddhist Temple Investigation Project, which seeks to explore the physical environment and to educate and disseminate the teachings to educators and students alike.
