Introduction

Upon the completion of the “Heart-to-Heart Connect” – Programme for Two Generations of Teachers in Caring Quality Development Project in July 2021, the project team planned to initiate a post-project study.

Objectives

• To explore the understanding of caring competence of pre-service and in-service teacher;
• To assess the changes of caring competency of pre-service teacher through training on caring ethics and internship in schools with the supervision of in service teacher.
