Introduction

Based on the findings from the last research by CRSE on understanding teachers’ emotions and ethics, this is an extended study on the well-being of teachers, focusing on the possible relationships among teachers’ emotion, in particular characteristics of teachers’ work in classrooms and schools towards teacher efficacy and job satisfaction.
