Introduction

This study, serving as an important part of the TT-LEVEL+ programme (a programme of value education), will investigate students, parents, and teachers’ perceptions of the importance of various positive values in students’ personal growth, and to explore students’ favorite cartoon figures in Hong Kong. It will not only provide a deeper insight into the types of positive values students, teachers, and parents perceive to be essential for students’ personal development but also be beneficial for the design and development of formal, informal and hidden curriculum for Early Childhood, Primary and Secondary education in Hong Kong.
