    Chinese Martial Arts and Culture Conference 2025 (CMACConf 2025) calls for papers. Please submit your manuscripts for one of the following strands.
    · Significant Figures of Chinese Martial Arts
    · Martial Arts in Translation and Film Studies
    · Chinese Martial Arts and Education
    The deadline for abstract submissions is 17th February 2025 23:59 (Hong Kong Time, GMT+8).

    Abstract Submission Guidelines:
  • The abstract submission should include the following: Title of the paper, keywords, abstract of the paper, conference sub-theme, name, salutation, organisation and contact details (including email), category of submission (Academic / Industry). The total number of words including the title, keywords and the abstract should be NO more than 800 words.

    Paper Selection and Presentation Details:
  • All abstracts will be reviewed anonymously by a panel of experts, and the results will be announced via email on or before 7th March 2025.
  • Selected papers should be presented in person or online by the author(s) during the conference from 29th to 30th April 2025 at The Education University of Hong Kong.
  • The duration for each paper presentation is 20 minutes followed by 5 minutes for discussion along with Q & A.
  • The conference organiser reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the acceptance of abstracts.

  • All participants must settle the registration fee by the stipulated deadline to confirm their attendance.
