Cantonese workshops - 廣東話工作坊

Dear students,

Do you want to learn Cantonese? Here comes the chance!

The Centre for Language in Education (CLE) is going to organize Online Cantonese (Beginners) Workshop for non-Chinese speakers and Online Cantonese (Beginners) Workshop for Putonghua speakers in the coming October to November.

During the 8 x 2-hour Cantonese workshop, you will be engaged in many activities and we will go at a beginner’s pace, to build your foundation. It is expected that you will achieve the following after attending the workshop:

1.     Able to speak short sentences in Cantonese

2.     Have a better understanding of the Cantonese Romanization system

3.     Have a better understanding of Hong Kong and Cantonese culture

A certificate of completion will be issued if you can complete this ongoing workshop successfully.
