Free Online English Consultations

Dear students, 

We are pleased to announce a trial operation of free online English consultations forpart-time students of the University. The aim of the online consultation sessions is to provide opportunities for students to seek English tutor’s advice on how to improve their English ability such as

- Reading and Writing
- Listening and Speaking
- Vocabulary and Grammar
- Pronunciation and Oral Presentation

Students seeking for help should access the Moodle platform of EdUHK, choose the "Online English Consultation" course and book a specific timeslot for their online consultation there. The assigned tutor will then send an orientation e-mail to the registered student to instruct him/her on how to get prepared for the session. 

On the scheduled day and timeslot, the registered student has to wait for the tutor's invitation to a Google Hangouts Chat conversation. Files, images, and other materials can be shared during the process.
