She received the Outstanding Businesswomen Award in 2020 and the 3rd Greater Bay Area Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs Award in 2022. She is also active in public services. She is currently a Member of Appeal Board (Amusement Game Centres), a Council Member of the Hong Kong Award of Young People, an Observer of the Independent Police Complaints Council, the Vice Chairman of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, Hong Kong and the Fifth Vice Chairman of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals. She previously served as a Member of Committee on the Promotion of Civic Education and a Member of the Assessment Panel for the Multi-faceted Excellence Scholarship (MES). 楊燕芝女士現為旭日集團有限公司董事。她於二零二零年獲選傑出商界女領袖，並於二零二二年獲頒第三 屆粵港澳大灣區傑出青年企業家獎。 同時，她積極參與公共服務。她現為上訴委員會（遊戲機中心）成員、香港青年獎勵計劃理事會委員、獨立 監察警方處理投訴委員會觀察員、香港中華總商會副會長，以及東華三院第五副主席。此外，她曾出任公 民教育委員會委員及多元卓越獎學金遴選委員會成員。 Professor Ben YOUNG 楊立偉教授 Member 成員 Since 25 April 2021 自二零二一年四月二十五日起出任 Professor Ben Young is Vice President (Student and Global Affairs) and Chair Professor of Steel Structures of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, overseeing the institutional policies and plans related to student development and promotion of culture, as well as the global engagement endeavours in educational initiatives involving the establishment of partnership with leading universities and strategic partners in overseas countries. He is an Advisory Member of the American Institute of Steel Construction for the Committee on Structural Stainless Steel. He served as a Panel Member for the Research Assessment Exercise 2014 in the Built Environment Panel under the University Grants Committee, Hong Kong. Professor Young is currently a Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Constructional Steel Research, published by Elsevier. He has published over 730 international journal and conference papers, with over 400 of these publications being SCI indexed journal papers. He has an h-index of 77 in Scopus. Professor Young received the Shortridge Hardesty Award for his research contributions to the stability design of cold-formed steel and stainless steel structures, presented by the American Society of Civil Engineers in 2020. 楊立偉教授現任香港理工大學副校長（學生及環球事務）及鋼結構講座教授，專責學生發展、文化推廣及環 球協作方面的策略性工作，積極與國際知名大學或機構建立戰略性合作夥伴關係。楊教授現任美國American Institute of Steel Construction － Committee on Structural Stainless Steel 顧問成員。他曾任大學教育資助 委員會「2014年研究評審工作」建造環境評審小組成員。楊教授現為Elsevier出版《Journal of Constructional Steel Research》（建築鋼材研究雜誌）的聯合主編。他發表過逾730篇國際期刊和會議論文，其中400多篇為 《科學引文索引》期刊論文。他的Scopus h-index為77。楊教授於二零二零年榮獲由美國工程師學會(American Society of Civil Engineers)頒發的Shortridge Hardesty獎，以表揚其在冷成型鋼結構和不銹鋼結構穩定性設計 的研究領域做出的卓越貢獻。
