Governance Report 管治報告 香港教育大學 2024-2025 年報 83 Dr Kennedy LIU Tat-yin 廖達賢博士 Member 成員 Since 20 September 2021 自二零二一年九月二十日起出任 Dr Kennedy Liu is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees from The University of Warwick, UK. He was a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he served over 38 years, including 28 years as a partner. He was the leader of PwC’s Capital Markets Services in China (including Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong) and Asia-Pacific, and served on PwC China’s Management Board and Assurance Services Leadership Team and PwC Global’s Capital Markets Services Leadership Team. Dr Liu actively serves the community. At present, he is the Vice- Chairperson of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service, Chairman of the Employees Compensation Assistance Fund Board of the Government of Hong Kong SAR, among others. In the past, he served as an elected Council Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), a Council Member of the City University of Hong Kong, a Council Member of the Vocational Training Council, the Chairman of the Board of Governors of Canadian International School of Hong Kong, among others. 廖達賢博士是會計師(CPA)，並持有英國華威大學工商管理博士及工商管理碩士學位。廖博士是羅兵咸永道 會計師事務所(PwC)前合夥人，服務超過三十八年、包括二十八年為合夥人。廖博士原任羅兵咸永道中國 （包括中國內地及香港）及亞太區的資本巿場服務部主管合夥人，同時曾任羅兵咸永道中國行政管理領導委 員會成員及審計服務領導委員會成員，以及羅兵咸永道環球資本巿場服務領導委員會成員。 廖博士熱心服務社會，現時擔任香港社會服務聯會副主席、香港特別行政區政府僱員補償援助基金管理局 主席等職務。他曾任香港會計師公會理事、香港城巿大學校董會成員、職業訓練局理事會成員，以及香港 加拿大國際學校校董會主席等職務。
