Governance Report 管治報告 香港教育大學 2024-2025 年報 81 Mr Armstrong LEE Hon-cheung 李漢祥先生 Member 成員 Since 1 May 2022 自二零二二年五月一日起出任 Mr Armstrong Lee Hon-cheung is a seasoned management and Human Resources consultant and Managing Director of Worldwide Consulting Group Company Limited. Mr Lee is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hong Kong Education City Limited, a Member of the Tai Po District Council, the 6th Election Committee of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Committee on Professional Development of Teachers and Principals of the Government, the Citizens Advisory Committee on Community Relations of ICAC and the Human Capital Committee of the Financial Services Development Council. Mr Lee is also a Member of the Finance Committee of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, a Board Member of Muse College of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen and an Honorary Chairman of Hong Kong Children Foundation. Mr Lee was previously a Council Member of Lingnan University (2015 – 2021), City University of Hong Kong (2008 – 2013) and The Open University of Hong Kong (now known as Hong Kong Metropolitan University) (2003 – 2005). 李漢祥先生是一位資深管理和人力資源顧問，亦是環球管理諮詢有限公司的董事總經理。 李先生現任香港教育城董事會主席、大埔區議會議員、香港特別行政區第六屆選舉委員會成員、教師及校 長專業發展委員會成員、廉政公署社區關係市民諮詢委員會成員，以及香港金融發展局人力資源小組成 員。他亦是香港中文大學（深圳）財務委員會成員、香港中文大學（深圳）思廷書院董事會成員，以及香港兒 童基金會名譽主席。 李先生曾任嶺南大學（二零一五至二零二一年）、香港城市大學（二零零八至二零一三年）及香港公開大學（現 稱香港都會大學）（二零零三至二零零五年）的校董會成員。
