They serve as catalysts for social progress, shaping leaders committed to equity, inclusivity and sustainability. The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) exemplifies this through strategic initiatives and a culture that promotes innovation, well-being, and responsible stewardship – aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). 面對前所未有的社會與環境挑戰，教育機構的角色已不 僅限於傳授知識，更是推動社會進步的催化劑，致力於 培養公平、共融與可持續發展理念的領袖。作為其中的 典範，教大透過這一策略性舉措及推廣創新、福祉與責 任承擔等文化，與聯合國可持續發展目標(SDGs) 高度契 合。 An EdUHK team participated in the annual Hong Kong Marathon in February 2025 二零二五年二月，教大代表隊參與香港馬拉松 In August 2025, EdUHK President Professor John Lee Chi-Kin was appointed Director of the UNEVOC Centre (Hong Kong) at EdUHK. The Centre develops policies for education for the world of work and skills development, ensuring access, quality, and lifelong learning opportunities. As part of the global UNEVOC Network, it fosters international cooperation, shares innovative technical and vocational education and training (TVET) practices, and strengthens partnerships with relevant agencies. Through these efforts on and beyond campus, EdUHK aims to be a beacon of sustainability and social equity, building a greener, healthier and brighter future. 二零二五年八月，教大校長李子建教授獲委任為聯合國 教科文組織職業技術教育與培訓中心（香港）總監。該 中心制定與職業及技術發展相關的教育政策，致力於保 障教育的可及性，提升教育質量，確保全民享有終身學 習的機會。作為聯合國教科文組織職業技術教育與培訓 中心全球網絡的成員，該中心促進國際合作，分享創新 的職業技術教育與培訓實踐，加強與相關機構的夥伴關 係。透過校內外的共同努力，教大矢志成為可持續發展 與社會公平的燈塔，攜手建構更綠色、健康及光明的未 來。
