Mr Lee is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hong Kong Education City Limited, a Member of the 6th Election Committee of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Tai Po District Council, the Standing Committee on Language Education and Research, the Lump Sum Grant Steering Committee, the Committee on Professional Development of Teachers and Principals of the Government and the Human Capital Committee of the Financial Services Development Council. Mr Lee is also a Member of Non-local Higher and Professional Education Appeal Board, a Member of the Finance Committee of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, a Board Member of Muse College of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen and an Honorary Chairman of Hong Kong Children Foundation. Mr Lee was previously a Council Member of Lingnan University, City University of Hong Kong and The Open University of Hong Kong (currently known as Hong Kong Metropolitan University). 李漢祥先生是一位資深管理和人力資源顧問，亦是環球管理諮詢有限公司的董事總經理。 李先生現任香港教育城董事會主席、香港特別行政區第六屆選舉委員會成員、大埔區議會議員、語文教育 及研究常務委員會成員、整筆撥款督導委員會成員、教師及校長專業發展委員會成員，以及香港金融發展 局人力資源小組成員。他亦是非本地高等及專業教育上訴委員會成員、香港中文大學（深圳）財務委員會成 員、香港中文大學（深圳）思廷書院董事會成員，以及香港兒童基金會名譽主席。 李先生曾任嶺南大學、香港城市大學及香港公開大學（現稱香港都會大學）的校董會成員。
