She is an Independent Non-executive Director of Raymond Industrial Limited, EVA Precision Industrial Holdings Limited, Arta TechFin Corporation Limited, Melbourne Enterprises Limited, ENM Holdings Limited and Chinney Kin Wing Holdings Limited; all of which are listed on the Main Board of The Hong Kong Stock Exchange. She is a Council Member and Honorary Secretary of The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups. She is an Executive Committee Member of Hong Kong Youth Hostels Association, an Independent Manager of the Incorporated Management Committee of Ng Yuk Secondary School and a Member of the Advisory Board of Hong Kong Institute of Information Technology of Vocational Training Council. She was also a former Board Member of the Estates Agents Authority and the Employees Compensation Assistance Fund Board. She previously served as a Member of Hospital Governing Committee and a Member of the Appeal Board Panel (Town Planning). Ms Ling is a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. She is an accredited general mediator. 凌潔心女士為執業會計師，退休前為羅兵咸永道會計師事務所審計合夥人。現為以下公司的獨立非執行董 事：利民實業有限公司、億和精密工業控股有限公司、裕承科金有限公司、萬邦投資有限公司、安寧控股 有限公司及建業建榮控股有限公司，有關公司均於香港聯合交易所主板上市。凌女士為香港青年協會理事 會成員及義務秘書。她為香港青年旅舍協會行政委員會成員、五育中學法團校董會獨立校董及職業訓練局 香港資訊科技學院顧問委員會成員。此外，她亦曾出任地產代理監管局董事局成員、僱員補償援助基金管 理局董事局成員、醫院管治委員會成員及上訴委員團（城巿規劃）成員。凌女士為香港會計師公會、英國特 許公認會計師公會、加拿大特許專業會計師協會及英國特許管理會計師公會會員。她是認可綜合調解員。 Mr CHOY Sai-hung 蔡世鴻先生, MH Member 成員 Since 25 April 2024 自二零二四年四月二十五日起出任 Mr Choy Sai-hung is the Principal of C.C.C. Heep Woh Primary School (Cheung Sha Wan), as well as the Chairman of the Education Convergence, Brilliant Education Charity Center Limited, Aerospace Education School Network, and the Humanities Curriculum Group of the Education Bureau. Mr Choy has official roles as a Member of the STEAM Group, Science Curriculum Group of Primary Schools, Learning Resources and Support Services Group in the Education Bureau, Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority Board, and Hong Kong Public Libraries Management Committee. In addition to teaching Hong Kong Baptist University’s Aspiring Principals Programmes, Mr Choy serves as a mentor for the Education Bureau’s Training Courses for School Managers. He is a School Manager of five primary and secondary schools and two kindergartens. 蔡世鴻先生為中華基督教會協和小學（長沙灣）校長，亦為教育評議會、光輝慈善教育中心有限公司、航天 教育學校聯網及教育局人文科課程小組主席。蔡先生為教育局STEAM小組、小學科學科課程小組、小學課 程及資源支援小組、香港考試及評核局委員會及香港公共圖書館管理委員會委員。蔡先生為教育局校董培 訓班及香港浸會大學擬任校長班導師，以及五所中、小學及兩所幼稚園的校董。
