香港教育大學 2023-2024 年報 29 The University is committed to using its expertise and resources in learning and teaching and research to benefit society locally, regionally and globally. Supporting the school sector In a project commissioned by the Education Bureau, the University developed a parent education resource package for all primary schools in Hong Kong. The package includes eight sets of materials, including lectures, short videos, role plays, group discussions, experience learning activities, and take-home activities, helping parents improve their parenting skills and support their children’s learning and development. Also during the reporting year, the third phase of the Artificial Intelligence Literacy Programme was launched, with its scope expanded to cover primary and secondary teachers, parents, and administrative staff in small and medium-sized enterprises. Since the programme’s inception in 2020, over 1,200 university and senior secondary students have benefitted from the initiative, thanks to a significant donation by Mr Li Ka-shing. This latest phase has been designed to equip the general public with the necessary artificial intelligence skills, to enhance the efficacy of learning and teaching, and workplace productivity. 教大矢志運用在教學及研究領域的專業知識和資源,澤 被本地、區域,以及全球社會。 學校支援 教大獲教育局委託,為全港小學製作家長教育資源套。 資源套由八個主題的活動教材組成,形式包括講座、 短片、角色扮演、小組討論、體驗式學習活動及在家活 動等,協助家長提升育兒技巧,並支援子女的學習和發 展。 教大亦在報告年內開展了第三階段人工智能素養課程, 並擴展至涵蓋中小學教師、家長,以及中小企業行政人 員。得益於李嘉誠先生的慷慨捐款,課程自二零二零年 啟動以來,已惠及超過一千二百名大學生及高中學生。 這一階段的課程目標在於協助公眾掌握必要的人工智能 使用技巧,以提升學與教效率和工作生產力。 The University continued to provide support in the area of mental health, with the conclusion of the first ‘Mind and Study Matter: Tutoring and Counselling Programme’. The objective was to train students from local universities and fresh graduates to become wellbeing tutors, and to provide quality tutorial and counselling services for secondary school students from low-income families with mental health needs. On completion, the participating students, their parents and teachers were interviewed, and it was found that there was an improvement in their study confidence and their ability to manage emotions. 教大繼續在心理健康領域提供支持,並完成了首屆「心 腦加油站:補習.輔導計劃」。該計劃目的是培訓本地 大學生及初入職場的畢業生成為正向導師,為有心理健 康需要的基層中學生提供補習及輔導。計劃結束後,教 大訪問了參與其中的中學生及其家長、老師,結果發現 他們在對學業的信心和處理情緒的能力上都有所提升。
