香港教育大學 2023-2024 年報 23 With a special focus on research and knowledge transfer to enable EdUHK’s scholars to exchange ideas and increase their impact, links were established with institutions in the Greater Bay Area, mainland China, Belt and Road countries and beyond. For instance, the University established the Centre for Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Development Research with Sun Yat Sen University, joined an alliance of institutions in Shandong, Hong Kong, and Macao to collaborate in higher education and research development, and established a research network with University College London’s Institute of Education. Also during the reporting year, the University met with representatives of the European Union and the UNESCO Beijing delegation regarding cooperation concerning areas including quality of education, research, international engagement, achieving the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and intercultural education. 教大高度重視研究與知識轉移，致力促進學者之間的思 想交流並提升影響力。因此，教大與大灣區、中國內 地、「一帶一路」沿線國家及其他地區的學術機構建立 合作聯繫。例如，教大和中山大學成立了「粵港澳發展 研究中心」，並加入由山東、香港和澳門多間院校組成 的聯盟，共同促進高等教育及研究發展。此外，教大還 與倫敦大學學院教育研究院成立了研究網絡。在報告年 度內，教大亦與歐盟及聯合國教科文組織北京代表團會 晤，討論包括教育質素、研究、國際合作、實現聯合國 設定的可持續發展目標，以及跨文化教育等多個領域的 合作。 EdUHK also places significant importance in offering the young people of Hong Kong multi-faceted learning and exchange opportunities. Consequently, we signed a cooperation agreement with The Civil Aid Service (CAS). As a result, the University will hold regular seminars and workshops for CAS members and cadets regarding physical and mental health, and CAS will organise experiential learning activities for EdUHK students to improve their fitness, discipline, leadership skills, cooperation and teamwork, emergency response capability and resilience. Agreement was also reached with the Scout Association of Hong Kong to jointly promote education and continuous professional development, institutional leadership, and community engagement and development. 教大同時重視為本港年輕一代提供多元化的學習與交流 機會。為此，教大與民眾安全服務隊（民安隊）簽訂合作 協議，定期為民安隊成員和學員舉辦有關身心健康的講 座和工作坊，而民安隊則為教大同學安排體驗式學習活 動，以提升他們的體能、紀律、領袖技巧、團隊精神、 緊急應變和抗逆能力。教大亦和香港童軍總會達成合作 協議，攜手促進教育和持續專業發展、機構領導力，以 及社區參與和發展。
