Governance Report 管治報告 The Education University of Hong Kong Annual Report 2022-2023 64 Mr YAU Siu-hung 邱少雄先生, MH Member 成員 Since 25 April 2021 自二零二一年四月二十五日起出任 Mr Yau Siu-hung is currently the Principal of Yan Chai Hospital Wong Wha San Secondary School. He is the Deputy Chairman of the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority Council, the Chairman of New Territories School Heads Association, the Chairman of Hong Kong Teachers’ Association, a Member of Education Sector Committee of 2021 Election Committee, the Chairman of the Public Examinations Board of the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority, the Supervisor of Hong Kong Teachers' Association Lee Heng Kwei Secondary School, a Member of Committee on Home-School-Co-operation of Education Bureau, the Chairman of Sai Kung District Youth Programme Committee, the Chairman of District Youth Development and Civic Education Committee (Sai Kung) of Home Affairs Department, a Member of the HKSAR Government Family Council and the External Secretary of CUHK School Heads Alumni Association. Mr Yau is also the former Chairman of Sai Kung District School Heads Association and Sai Kung and Tseung Kwan O Secondary School Heads Association, the Chairman of Sai Kung District Youth Programme Committee, the Chairman of Tseung Kwan O Cultural and Recreational Centre, a Coopted Member of Ocean Park Corporation Education Committee and a Member of the Health Education and Health Promotion Foundation. He is the Founding President of the Esports Association Hong Kong, the Founder and Honorary President of Smart City Consortium and the Honorary Associate Professor of Lee Shau Kee School of Business and Administration at Hong Kong Metropolitan University. Mr Yeung is also the Director of Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited and Digital Economy Development Committee Member. With regard to youth development, Mr Yeung advocates youth contribution to society. He disseminates positive information to the public with a view to shaping a harmonious society with innovative technology. Mr Yeung was selected as the 4th Young Leader of the Junior Chamber International Harbour in 2010. 楊全盛先生為天旭科技投資集團聯合創辦人暨行政總裁，積極參與創新科技界的事務。他是香港電競總會 創會會長、香港智慧城市聯盟創辦人及榮譽會長，以及香港都會大學李兆基商業管理學院榮譽副教授等。 楊先生為現任香港數碼港管理有限公司董事和數字化經濟發展委員會成員。楊先生重視青少年全人發展， 致力透過推廣創新科技向社會宣揚正面信息，並鼓勵青少年熱心貢獻社會。於二零一零年，楊先生獲海港 青年商會選為第四屆青年領袖。
