He is the Supervisor of TWGHs Lui Yun Choy Memorial College and a Member of Caritas Medical Centre - Hospital Governing Committee. Mr Lui is also active in public services in Hong Kong, previously served as a Member of Appeal Panel (Housing), a Member of Appeal Board Panel (Town Planning), a Member of The Board of Management of the Chinese Permanent Cemeteries, a Member of Hong Kong Tuberculosis, Chest and Heart Diseases Association, a Member of Administrative Appeals Board, an Adjudicator of Immigration Tribunal and an Adjudicator of Registration of Persons Tribunal. 呂博碩先生為友聯紙盒印刷廠有限公司執行董事，現為東華三院呂潤財紀念中學校監及明愛醫院醫院管治 委員會成員。呂先生亦積極參與香港的公共服務，曾任上訴委員會（房屋）成員、上訴委員團（城市規劃）成 員、華人永遠墳場管理委員會委員、香港防癆心臟及胸病協會董事、行政上訴委員會成員、入境事務審裁 處審裁員、及人事登記審裁處審裁員。 Ms Winnie NG 伍穎梅女士, JP Member 成員 Since 1 May 2022 自二零二二年五月一日起出任 Ms Winnie Ng is an outstanding businesswoman in Hong Kong. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, and a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University, where she was a Mason Fellow. Ms Ng is a Director of Transport International Holdings Limited and The Kowloon Motor Bus Company (1933) Limited. She is also an Independent Nonexecutive Director of Century City International Holdings Limited, Paliburg Holdings Limited and Regal Hotels International Holdings Limited. Ms Ng has received much recognition and numerous awards, including the Outstanding Businesswomen Award in 2019, and was appointed Justice of the Peace in 2017. In previous years, she was named a Woman of Excellence, and won the Yazhou Zhoukan Young Chinese Entrepreneur Award. Ms Ng is also active in public service, as a Director of Po Leung Kuk, a Member of Women’s Commission, a Member of Town Planning Board, a Director of CUHK Medical Centre, a Supervisor of Mr & Mrs Chan Pak Keung Tsing Yi School. She was Chairman of the Hospital Governing Committee of the Prince of Wales Hospital from 2014 to 2020, a Member of the Hospital Authority and its Supporting Services Development Committee Chairman from 2010 to 2016. 伍穎梅女士為香港傑出女企業家，她持有芝加哥大學工商管理及哈佛大學公共行政碩士學位，並獲哈佛大 學授予Mason Fellow。伍女士為載通國際控股有限公司及九龍巴士（一九三三）有限公司董事。她亦為世紀 城市國際控股有限公司、百利保控股有限公司及富豪酒店國際控股有限公司之獨立非執行董事。伍女士榮 獲多項獎項及讚譽，二零一九年獲頒傑出商界女領袖，二零一七年獲委任為太平紳士。她亦獲選為傑出女 性以及獲亞洲週刊頒發華人青年企業家大獎。 伍女士熱心社會服務，現為保良局總理、婦女事務委員會成員、城市規劃委員會成員、香港中文大學醫院 董事及陳百強伉儷青衣學校校監。伍女士曾於二零一四年至二零二零年出任威爾斯親王醫院管治委員會主 席，二零一零年至二零一六年擔任醫院管理局成員及其支援服務發展委員會主席。
