Governance Report 管治報告 香港教育大學 2022-2023 年報 61 Mrs Joanna LI LAU Lai-hing 李劉麗卿女士, MH Member 成員 Since 25 April 2020 自二零二零年四月二十五日起出任 Mrs Joanna Li is the Managing Partner of King and Company, Solicitors & Notaries. She is also a China-Appointed Attesting Officer. Throughout her career, Mrs Li has acquired ample experience and knowledge in the areas of commercial, dispute resolution, family disputes, regulatory and real estate. Outside of the legal sphere, Mrs Li has been a devoted member of public offices. Currently, she is a Member of the Court of Hong Kong Metropolitan University and a Chairman of the Appeal Panel constituted under section 45 of the Buildings Ordinance (Cap. 123). Previously, Mrs Joanna Li served on the Council of The Open University of Hong Kong (currently known as Hong Kong Metropolitan University) (Council Member, Chairperson of the University’s Human Resources Committee and Chairperson of the University’s Main Tender Board), Social Workers Registration Board – Disciplinary Committee Panel, Social Welfare Department – Lump Sum Grant Independent Complaints Handling Committee, Social Welfare Department – Lotteries Fund Advisory Committee, Women’s Commission, Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants – Disciplinary Committee Panel & Investigation Committee Panel, the Board of Directors of the HKSAR Surviving Spouses’ and Children’s Pensions Scheme, and Hong Kong Mediation Centre (Vice President). 李劉麗卿女士是譚德興程國豪劉麗卿律師行之主管合夥人，亦是中國委托公証人。李女士在商業、爭議解 決、家庭糾紛、監管和房地產範疇具備豐富經驗和知識。除法律工作外，李女士一直積極擔任公職。她現 時是香港都會大學諮議會成員及根據《建築物條例》（第123章）第45條組成的上訴審裁團主席。她曾出任香 港公開大學（現稱香港都會大學）校董會成員，以及該校人力資源委員會主席及主要項目投標委員會主席、 社會工作者註冊局紀律委員會備選委員小組成員、社會福利署整筆撥款獨立處理投訴委員會委員、社會福 利署獎券基金諮詢委員會委員、婦女事務委員會委員、香港會計師公會紀律委員會小組成員及調查委員會 小組成員、香港特別行政區尚存配偶及子女撫恤金計劃管理委員會委員，以及香港和解中心（副會長）。
