Governance Report 管治報告 香港教育大學 2022-2023 年報 59 Mr KWOK Wing-keung 郭永強先生, BBS, MH, JP Member 成員 Since 25 April 2023 自二零二三年四月二十五日起出任 Mr Kwok Wing-keung is an experienced educator and has been a secondary school principal for over 20 years. He is currently the Principal of Law Ting Pong Secondary School. Mr Kwok has been active serving the education sector as well as the community. He is at present the Chairman of the Association of Secondary School Heads, Tai Po District, the Chairman of Tai Po District Youth Development and Civic Education Committee, a Member of the Education Commission, a Member of the Constitution and Basic Law Promotion Steering Committee and a Member of the Advisory Committee on Applied Physics of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Mr Kwok has been a Member of the Task Force on Review of School Curriculum, a Member of the University Grants Committee, a Member of the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority Council and its standing committees including a Member of School Examinations Board, Chairman of Grading Committee, Chairman of Language Proficiency Assessment for Teachers Main Committee and a Member of Basic Competency Assessment Main Committee, a Member of the Departmental Advisory Committee of Computing of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the Advisory Committee on Information Engineering of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Mr Kwok has also served as the Chairman of Tai Po District Fight Crime Committee, the Chairman of Tai Po District Committee on Promotion of Civic Education, a Member of the Action Committee Against Narcotics and a Member of the Fight Crime Committee. 郭永強先生為資深教育工作者，任中學校長逾二十年，現為羅定邦中學校長。郭先生積極參與教育及社會 服務，現任大埔區中學校長會主席、大埔區青年發展及公民教育委員會主席、教育統籌委員會委員、憲法 和基本法推廣督導委員會委員，以及香港理工大學應用物理學系顧問委員會委員。 郭先生曾任學校課程檢討專責小組成員、大學教育資助委員會委員、香港考試及評核局委員會委員及其轄 下委員會包括會考委員會委員、評分委員會主席、教師語文能力評核委員會主席，以及基本能力評估委員 會委員、香港理工大學電子計算學系顧問委員會委員及中文大學信息工程學系諮詢委員會委員。郭先生亦 曾擔任大埔區撲滅罪行委員會主席、大埔區公民教育運動委員會主席、禁毒常務委員會委員及撲滅罪行委 員會委員。
