Governance Report 管治報告 香港教育大學 2022-2023 年報 57 Dr Terence CHAN Ho-wah 陳浩華博士 Deputy Chairman of the Council 校董會副主席 Since 1 May 2022 自二零二二年五月一日起出任 Dr Terence Chan is the Chairman of Bay Area Capital Partners Limited which focuses on private equity investment in the area of real estate, ESG enhancement and smart cities applications. Dr Chan serves as an independent non-executive director of two listed companies on the Main Board of The Hong Kong Stock Exchange, namely, Wang On Properties Limited and Cash Financial Services Group Limited. He has been an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Real Estate and Construction of The University of Hong Kong. Dr Chan not only holds a PhD in Economics and an MSc in Real Estate, but also possesses professional membership in CPA Australia (FCPA) and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) as well as the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He assumes active roles in Hong Kong Independent Non-Executive Director Association and the Mainland Opportunities Committee of Financial Services Development Council. Dr Chan actively participates in education and social service. He was a Council Member of Hong Kong Baptist University. He currently holds positions in advisory bodies to the HKIVE and The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, the Security and Guarding Services Industry Authority and the Witness Protection Review Board of Security Bureau. 陳浩華博士為香港證監會持牌資產管理企業 – 灣區資本有限公司主席，公司主要從事房地產、可持續發展 技術及智慧城市應用的私募股權基金管理。陳博士現亦擔任兩家香港聯交所主板上市公司（即宏安地產有限 公司及時富金融服務集團有限公司）的獨立非執行董事。陳博士同時為香港大學房地產及建設系兼任副教 授。 陳博士除了擁有經濟學博士及房地產學碩士學位，他亦是澳洲資深註冊會計師(FCPA Aust)、英國資深皇家 特許測量師(FRICS) 及美國特許金融分析師(CFA)。他現擔任香港獨立非執行董事協會可持續投資委員會主席 及香港金融發展局內地機遇委員會委員。 陳博士積極參與教育和社會服務。他曾任香港浸會大學校董會成員，現為香港專業教育學院及香港恆生大 學顧問╱諮詢組織成員，亦擔任保安局保安及護衛業管理委員會及保護證人覆核委員會委員。
