香港教育大學 2022-2023 年報 27 Community Partnership 夥伴合作 Added to this was a Chinese cultural festival, organised with the support of the Education Bureau, the Hong Kong Federation of Education Workers, the Youth Federation of the China Merchants Group Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong Youth and Tertiary Students Association. It featured competitions on Chinese calligraphy of Confucian analects for primary, secondary and tertiary students. Equally important is a culture of health and wellbeing. To cultivate a conducive sports environment for young people, EdUHK received a donation from the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust to launch the city’s first large-scale sports coaching programme integrating character education, together with Action Sports Foundation, the Hong Kong China Dragon Boat Association, the Hong Kong Rugby Union, the Hong Kong Tennis Association and Hoops for Hope Basketball Asia. Since completing the programme, tutors from these partnering sports bodies have become trainers for 250 sports coaches. Online training courses were also offered to over 5,000 sports practitioners, educators and parents. 承蒙教育局、香港教育工作者聯會、招商局集團香港青 年聯合會及香港青年大專學生協會支持，教大舉辦「中 華文化節」暨「國學盃《論語》毛筆書法比賽」，涵蓋小 學組、中學組及大專組。 我們亦十分重視健康社區及個人身心發展。為推廣青年 運動風氣，承蒙賽馬會慈善信託基金撥款，教大推出全 港首個結合青年品格教育和大型運動教練培訓的計劃， 並得到善行體育基金有限公司、中國香港龍舟總會、中 國香港欖球總會、香港網球總會有限公司和希望種子 籃球亞洲的襄助。在計劃之下，教大會向所屬機構共 二百五十名運動教練提供培訓，並向逾五千名從事青年 體育運動工作的人士、教育工作者及青年運動員的父母 提供網上培訓課程。 North Point Study Centre 北角教學中心 Renovation works for the North Point Study Centre were completed in June 2023. Well-connected to different means of public transport, the sevenstorey building will be in operation starting from September.
