Mr Lee is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hong Kong Education City Limited, a Member of the 6th Election Committee of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Social Welfare Advisory Committee, the Standing Committee on Language Education and Research, the Lump Sum Grant Steering Committee of the Government and the Human Capital Committee of the Financial Services Development Council. Mr Lee is also a Member of Non-local Higher and Professional Education Appeal Board, a Member of the Finance Committee of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, a Board Member of Muse College of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen and an Honorary Chairman of Hong Kong Children Foundation. Mr Lee was previously a Council Member of Lingnan University (2015-2021), City University of Hong Kong (2008-2013) and The Open University of Hong Kong (currently known as Hong Kong Metropolitan University) (2003-2005). 李漢祥先生是一位資深管理和人力資源顧問，亦是環球管理諮詢有限公司的董事總經理。 李先生現任香港教育城董事會主席、香港特別行政區第六屆選舉委員會成員、社會福利諮詢委員會成 員、語文教育及研究常務委員會成員、整筆撥款督導委員會成員，以及香港金融發展局人力資源小組 成員。他亦是非本地高等及專業教育上訴委員會成員、香港中文大學（深圳）財務委員會成員、香港中 文大學（深圳）思廷書院董事會成員，以及香港兒童基金會名譽主席。 李先生曾任嶺南大學（二零一五至二零二一年）、香港城市大學（二零零八至二零一三年）及香港公開 大學（現稱香港都會大學）（二零零三至二零零五年）的校董會成員。 Mrs Joanna LI LAU Lai-hing 李劉麗卿女士, MH Member 成員 Mrs Joanna Li is the Managing Partner of King and Company, Solicitors & Notaries. She is also a China-Appointed Attesting Officer. Throughout her career, Mrs Li has acquired ample experience and knowledge in the areas of commercial, dispute resolution, family disputes, regulatory and real estate. Outside of the legal sphere, Mrs Li has been a devoted member of public offices. Currently, she is a Member of the Court of Hong Kong Metropolitan University and a Chairman of the Appeal Panel constituted under section 45 of the Buildings Ordinance (Cap. 123). Previously, Mrs Joanna Li served on the Council of The Open University of Hong Kong (currently known as Hong Kong Metropolitan University) (Council Member, Chairperson of the University’s Human Resources Committee and Chairperson of the University’s Main Tender Board), Social Workers Registration Board – Disciplinary Committee Panel, Social Welfare Department – Lump Sum Grant Independent Complaints Handling Committee, Social Welfare Department – Lotteries Fund Advisory Committee, Women’s Commission, Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants – Disciplinary Committee Panel & Investigation Committee Panel, the Board of Directors of the HKSAR Surviving Spouses’ and Children’s Pensions Scheme, and Hong Kong Mediation Centre (Vice President). 李劉麗卿女士是譚德興程國豪劉麗卿律師行之主管合夥人，亦是中國委托公証人。李女士在商業、爭 議解決、家庭糾紛、監管和房地產範疇具備豐富經驗和知識。除法律工作外，李女士一直積極擔任公 職。她現時是香港都會大學諮議會成員及根據《建築物條例》（第123章）第45條組成的上訴審裁團主 席。她曾出任香港公開大學（現稱香港都會大學）校董會成員，以及該校人力資源委員會主席及主要 項目投標委員會主席、社會工作者註冊局紀律委員會備選委員小組成員、社會福利署整筆撥款獨立處 理投訴委員會委員、社會福利署獎券基金諮詢委員會委員、婦女事務委員會委員、香港會計師公會紀 律委員會小組成員及調查委員會小組成員、香港特別行政區尚存配偶及子女撫恤金計劃管理委員會委 員，以及香港和解中心（副會長）。
