Governance Report 管治報告 香港教育大學 2021-2022 年報 61 Ms Imma LING Kit-sum 凌潔心女士 Treasurer of the Council 校董會司庫 Ms Imma Ling is a Certified Public Accountant and a retired assurance partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is Independent Non-executive Director of Wise Ally International Holdings Limited, Raymond Industrial Limited, EVA Precision Industrial Holdings Limited and Arta TechFin Corporation Limited; all of which are listed on the Main Board of The Hong Kong Stock Exchange. She is a Council Member of The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, an Executive Committee Member of Hong Kong Youth Hostels Association, and a Member of the Appeal Board Panel (Town Planning). She was also a former Board Member of the Estates Agents Authority and the Employees Compensation Assistance Fund Board. She previously served as a Member of Hospital Governing Committee. Ms Ling is a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. She is an accredited general mediator. 凌潔心女士為執業會計師，退休前為羅兵咸永道會計師事務所審計合夥人。現為以下公司的獨立 非執行董事：麗年國際控股有限公司、利民實業有限公司、億和精密工業控股有限公司及裕承科 金有限公司，有關公司均於香港聯合交易所主板上市。凌女士為香港青年協會理事會成員、香港 青年旅舍協會行政委員會成員，以及上訴委員團（城市規劃）成員。此外，她亦曾出任地產代理監 管局成員、僱員補償援助基金管理局成員及醫院管治委員會成員。凌女士為香港會計師公會、英 國特許公認會計師公會、加拿大特許專業會計師協會及英國特許管理會計師公會會員。她是認可 綜合調解員。 Dr Anissa CHAN WONG Lai-kuen 陳黃麗娟博士, SBS, MH, JP Member 成員 Dr Anissa Chan was the Principal of St. Paul’s Co-educational College and the Supervisor of St. Paul’s Co-educational College Primary School (2004-2017), and has been the Supervisor of Sheng Kung Hui Kindergarten since 2004, the Manager of Hong Kong True Light College and the Trustee of School Board of True Light Middle School of Hong Kong since 2021. In addition to many public services, Dr Chan is currently Chairman of the Standing Committee on Language Education and Research, Chairman of the Task Force on Review of School Curriculum, Founding Chairman of the Hong Kong Principals’ Institute, Honorary Court Member of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Member of Presidential Advisory Group of the University, Scholar-Practitioner Fellow of Asia Pacific Centre for Leadership and Change, Member of the Independent Police Complaints Council, Honorary Fellow of the University and Member of the Board of Governors of Centennial College, The University of Hong Kong. 陳黃麗娟博士曾任聖保羅男女中學校長及聖保羅男女中學附屬小學校監（二零零四年至二零一七年）， 並自二零零四年起出任聖公會幼稚園校監，以及自二零二一年起出任香港真光書院和香港真光中學校 董。陳博士現為語文教育及研究常務委員會主席、學校課程檢討專責小組主席、香港校長中心創會主 席、香港科技大學顧問委員會榮譽委員、本校校長諮詢小組成員、亞太領導與變革研究中心教育領導 學人（APCLC）、獨立監察警方處理投訴委員會成員、本校榮譽院士及香港大學明德學院校董會成員。
