管治報告 香港教育大學 2020-2021 年報 61 Ms Sylvia CHAN May-kuen 陳美娟女士, MH Member 成員 Ms Sylvia Chan is currently the Principal of Ying Wa Primary School. Passionate about contributing to society, she is a member of several social organisations and government departments, including the Advisory Council on the Environment, Social Welfare Advisory Committee, Committee on Professional Development of Teachers and Principals, Hong Kong St. John Ambulance, Hong Kong Arts Development Council, Steering Committee on Prevention and Control of Non-Communicable Diseases and Steering Committee for Jockey Club BEAM Plus in Schools Project. She is also the Chairperson of the Education Committee of World Wide Fund for Nature (HK), the Convenor of the Education Working Group under the Environmental Campaign Committee, and the Director of Hong Kong Education City Limited (HKEdCity). Ms Chan was also awarded the Chief Executive’s Commendation for Community Service and the Award of Excellent Educational Administration in 2013, and the Medal of Honour in 2019. 陳美娟女士現為英華小學校長及多個社會機構及政府部門成員，包括：環境諮詢委員會委員、勞工及 福利局社會福利諮詢委員會委員、教師及校長專業發展委員會委員、香港聖約翰救護機構委員、香港 藝術發展局大會委員、防控非傳染病督導委員會委員、賽馬會綠建環評學校計劃督導委員會委員、世 界自然基金會香港分會理事及其教育委員會主席、環境運動委員會教育工作小組召集人，以及香港教 育城董事。陳女士於二零一三年獲頒行政長官社區服務獎狀及卓越教育行政人員獎，並於二零一九年 獲頒榮譽勳章。 Dr Anissa CHAN WONG Lai-kuen 陳黃麗娟博士, SBS, MH, JP Member 成員 Dr Anissa Chan was the Principal of St. Paul’s Co-educational College and the Supervisor of St. Paul’s Co-educational College Primary School (2004-2017), and has been the Supervisor of Sheng Kung Hui Kindergarten since 2004. In addition to many public services, Dr Chan is currently Chairman of the Standing Committee on Language Education and Research, Chairman of the Task Force on Review of School Curriculum, Founding Chairman of the Hong Kong Principals’ Institute, Honorary Court Member of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Member of the Advisory Committee on Teacher Education (Faculty of Education, The Chinese University of Hong Kong), Member of Presidential Advisory Group of the University, Scholar-Practitioner Fellow of Asia Pacific Centre for Leadership and Change, Member of the Independent Police Complaints Council, Honorary Fellow of the University, Member of the Board of Governors of Centennial College, The University of Hong Kong and Member of the ICAC Complaints Committee. 陳黃麗娟博士曾任聖保羅男女中學校長及聖保羅男女中學附屬小學校監（二零零四年至二零一七年）， 並自二零零四年起出任聖公會幼稚園校監。陳博士現為語文教育及研究常務委員會主席、學校課程 檢討專責小組主席、香港校長中心創會主席、香港科技大學顧問委員會榮譽委員、香港中文大學教 育學院教師培訓諮詢委員會成員、本校校長諮詢小組成員、亞太領導與變革研究中心教育領導學人 （APCLC）、獨立監察警方處理投訴委員會成員、本校榮譽院士、香港大學明德學院校董會成員及廉政 公署事宜投訴委員會成員。
