Other than those disclosed in Notes 9(c) and 25(b) to the consolidated nancial statements, the University undertook the following signi cant transactions with the EdUHK SCPE during the year.

(a) Outsourced management fee income was charged by the University in accordance with the terms mutually agreed by both parties.
(b) Rental income was charged in accordance with the terms mutually agreed by both parties.
(c) Equipment were transferred at the price mutually agreed by both parties.
