Dr. Lee Siu-yau, Assistant Professor of the Department of Asian and Policy Studies (APS) at The Hong Kong Institute of Education (HKIEd), interviewed on NOW TV News. Dr. Lee discusses the reality of introducing new immigrants into the labour market. He indicated that because of the differences between the working environment and culture of Hong Kong and the Mainland, it is difficult to retain Mainland students to work in Hong Kong.
