The Policy Dialogue Series is a regular forum series organised by the Department of Asian and Policy Studies (APS). As guest speaker, Mrs. Anson Chan Fang On-sang, Convenor of Hong Kong 2020 and former Chief Secretary for Administration addressed a forum at The Hong Kong Institute of Education (HKIEd) on 4 March 2014 with academics, students and members of the public. The topic of discussion was on the issues and challenges facing Hong Kong in its pursuit of universal suffrage.
