The Policy Dialogue Series is a regular forum series organised by the Department of Asian and Policy Studies (APS). As guest speaker, the President of the Legislative Council. the Honourable Jasper Tsang Yok-sing addressed a forum at The Hong Kong Institute of Education (HKIEd) on 7 April 2014 with academics, students and members of the public. The topic of discussion was on party politics, Hong Kong governance and effective governance.
