Mr Marshall Jen

Mr Marshall Jen is a part-time lecturer in the Department of Asian and Policy Studies (APS) who specializes in entrepreneurship, family business and advisory, and management consulting. With over 10 years of experience in the education industry, Marshall spearheaded multiple projects for the first listed education company in Hong Kong. Mr. Jen’s research focuses primarily on management consulting, family business advisory, entrepreneurship, corporate governance, and compliance and risk management.

Outside of his lectureship, Mr Jen one of the Board of Directors of the Canadian International School in Singapore, one of the Board of Governors of Maple Leaf Kingsley International School, and the Project Director of CUHK Centre for Family Business. In his private practice, he is also the Managing Director of OpenEd Consulting Group and Edlinked Group. Mr Jen earned his MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
