Dr Stuti Rawat is a Post-doctoral Fellow with the Department of Asian and Policy Studies (APS) of the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences (FLASS) at The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK). Dr Rawat earned her PhD from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at The National University of Singapore. Her doctoral research lay at the intersection of public policy, agriculture and development, and was awarded the Musim Mas Sustainability Dissertation Grant for conducting exceptional research related to sustainability.

In the past Dr Rawat has consulted with the World Bank, International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development, International Water Management Institute, Institute of Water Policy, the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) and the ASEAN Secretariat. While the prominent focus of these consulting assignments has been on the agriculture and water sector, Dr Rawat also studies behavioural change and public trust in her research.
