Goodbye the Rubber Duck. The Hong Kong Creative Industry has to Pay More Efforts

Based on the recent hot topic of the “Rubber Duck” and “Mobile M+: Inflation”, some scholars think those are the creative ideas from the foreign countries but not related with the Hong Kong’s. Professor Joshua MoK Ka-ho says, ‘No matter imported or local creative ideas, they can both stimulate the Hong Kong cultural and creative art industry. The Government should concern more about and adjust the public sphere policies in order to provide more possible platforms for the industry.
