Dr Kris Hartley, Assistant Professor at APS, has published a new commentary for Smart Water Magazine, co-authored with Anna Kosovac at the University of Melbourne and Glen Kuecker at DePauw University, USA. Entitled “When water runs out of time there will be no tech solution,” the article calls for a more integrated and interdisciplinary approach to water management that goes beyond technological solutions and quantitative rationality.
