Nanotechnology and Closed Captioned videos: Improving opportunities for teaching science to ESL students

Previous Contents Next

End Note

Closed Captioned Videos useful for teaching science to ESL students are critical to presenting nanotechnology in science teaching and learning.  ESL curriculum materials dealing with nanotechnology are long overdue.  Science teacher preparation programs should consider incorporating nanotechnology based science lessons through Closed Captioned Videos aimed at ESL students.  Every effort should be made to increase opportunities for teaching science to ESL students.
