Turkish middle school students'cognitive development levels in science

Aim of the study

The aim of the study is to determine 7th and 8th grade middle school students' cognitive development levels by using a SCDT (Science Cognitive Development Test) based on Piagetian theory and to reveal the relationships between students' cognitive development levels and their profiles (age, gender, and science achievement) in Turkey.
