Abstract:

It is the least-squares fit for a straight line that computes more accurately the power supply's electromotance and internal resistance for the high school physics experiment on the measurement of power supply's electromotance and internal resistance. Moreover, using the given C program, it can reduce the time-consuming work and avoid the human error in processing the data using an electronic calculator.
