I have to congratulate you on launching this online periodical.  I think this is a very good move, and would make great contribution to science teaching and related discourse.  I have quickly run through the first issue, and found it very interesting and lively.  The layout, design are very good, and it should be run this way, taking into consideration all the effects you need, as hardcopy journal cannot have those effects.  Of course, it's cheaper to run too.  

Please send some description to Chan Sing Lai for reporting in the next SFE Newsletter.

Also, I would suggest you to send the news to listserve available.  One of the lists I know that allows you to get access to international attention is through HKU's compared@hkusua.hku.hk.
