Needs Analysis (NA)
The NA activities will include three parts:

A) Pre-Analysis
Needs Analysis booklets and Pre-Analysis tasks will be sent to participants 10 days before the Analysis Day by post.
Participants will be asked to complete and bring ALL Pre-Analysis tasks to the Analysis Day.
