Educational leaders are facing infinite demands to lead their organisations during times of massive changes across the world. These challenges are particularly demanding for Hong Kong educational leaders, who are currently experiencing unprecedented professional dilemmas arising from various political, social, and academic issues. This programme is specially relevant to educational leaders who seek a capacity-building opportunity to maximise the success of individuals, teams, and organisations through enhancing individual and corporate well-being. This is also a programme to help educational leaders to regain their confidence that effective leadership can make a difference!

At end of the Programme, educational leaders will:

Equip themselves with effective frameworks to evaluate and analyse the level of individual, team and organisational well-being;
Improve the appreciation of well-being for individuals and teams to nurture a caring and professional community;
Drive innovative change to maximise the success of individuals, teams, and organisations in the experiential learning practice;
Gain insight into sustainability leadership with a well-being mindset and transform their organisations in a volatile context;
Formulate an action plan to enhance individual, team and organisational well-being for transformation.

The Joseph Lau Luen Hung Charitable Trust Asia Pacific Centre for Leadership and Change (APCLC) of The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) and Tsz Shan Institute (TSI) have joined hand and would like to invite you to this 3-Day Leader Learning Programme titled “Leadership and Wellbeing – A Journey of Transformation” this May and June.
