The Asia-Pacific Centre for Leadership and Change (APCLC) is proud to celebrate another milestone in leadership development with the successful implementation of the Aspiring Principals (AP) Programme Summer Class 2026, comprising the Needs Analysis (NA) Programme and the Preparation for Principalship (PFP) Course, conducted from July to August 2026.

To support the effective delivery of both programmes, a Refresher Training for Assessors was held on 13 July 2026. The Needs Analysis, which concluded on 20 July 2026, provided participants with valuable opportunities to examine their leadership competencies and identify areas for professional growth. Building on these insights, the PFP Course, conducted from 21 July to 7 August 2026, offered a comprehensive learning experience focused on educational leadership, school improvement, strategic planning, and professional reflection.

The successful completion of the Summer 2026 AP Programme reflects the commitment of the assessors, facilitators, and participants to leadership development. APCLC extends its sincere appreciation to all contributors for their dedication and support in nurturing the next generation of school leaders and strengthening leadership capacity within schools.
