Overview
This booklet sets out the rationale upon which Links was built and outlines the
structure of the programme. Links has been designed around feedback from previously
successful ESF
programmes. For example, one of the strengths of Leading Upstream was that it
presented a structure within which leaders could work closely with colleagues
from other schools. Another identified strength was the completion of a grounded
inquiry project. The Links Programme builds upon these strengths to make them
even more relevant to participants schools.
Our aim is to provide a connected set of experiences which simultaneously build
individual and group leadership capability while also contributing
something meaningful to the school.
We look forward to working closely with you in fulfilling this aim.
